easy pickup of tiles
Warehouse clerk was very rude. I was told I can only purchase 16sqft bundles of this specific tile so I purchased 3. I was told since the bundles are separate I can return a FULL UNOPENED BUNDLE if I didn’t need it. When picking up I told them I only need 2x16sqft bundles. He was saying that’s impossible to do that they cannot separate the bundles even though they come in 16sqft bundles. When calling his manager he didn’t even advocate for my issue.
