Miscommunication by the sales team and the warehouse. One person in sales says one thing the guy at the warehouse says another. Then the warehouse clerk is rude and belittled me for telling him what a sales clerk told me. Definitely won’t be coming here again. Plenty of other tiles stores that will take care of me.
The sales lady was very patient and helpful ☺️
