The biggest scam artist with no respect for anyone! Instead of handing out these so called deal cards at the gas station trying to bring in customers you really should start working on better customer service. Also faster service your not a dealership no excuse!
Just beware that their shop fee is just under $100 an hour which in my opinion is way out of line for this non-delership little joint way out there; $75 is what it should be, $85 at most. And watch for the added shop fees which other customers also complained of during my visit. I know of another customer who got turned away (because they couldn't accomodate her appointment) by quoting her a ridiculous estimate on what is commonly known as a fifteen minute fix. Sorry, but i am suspicious of any positive reviews of Tilden.
Good Work by Tilden Car Care – Don't know what these other people are talking about. Ted could not have been nicer to me and took good care of my car. The price was fair and he did not try to add other items on to me. I highly recommend Tilden Car Care in Royal Palm Beach. Steve
Thank you Tilden Car Care! – The crew at Tilden did an amazing job start to finish. I had purchased a used car that needed some extra attention and amazingly they were able to get a fairly long list of repairs and mantenance items completed very quickly . This is the first service center that I ever felt really cared about my car's performance and about about me as a customer and the value of my time. We will definitely be using Tilden's in the future for our car care!
Ted Russo = career criminal – Beware this blue-collar Bernie Madoff. This fraudulent repair shop is trying to rip my family off out of more than $3,500. I'm still trying to get it straightened out with my credit card company. If you do a Google search on Ted Russo's name, you will find at least two mugshots, yes, MUGSHOTS for previous arrests. not recommended – I recently went to get my brakes replaced and was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed several times. Trusting that it was nessesary to been done I agreed to the service ($59.99) Plus a $26 hidden "shop supply" fee to find out later. A week later I went to another local shop Ive been going to for years for a oil change. Do No Trust This Company – My son took his car in after an accident for an inspection, he was told he needed new brake pads and that was all. When he brought in his car his entire brake system was replaced without an estimate given to me, the legal owner, or to him. The total came to around $1030.00. Later my son took the car to another repair shop at the recommendation of a mediator. Brake World – This is a family run operation and I have had my oil changed, new brakes installed and wheel hub replaced and I have no complaints. Their warranty is great - 12 months or 12K miles. They are very accomodating and I did not have a long wait! :) I'm sure if you ever have any problems, they will make it right and stand by their product and service. They are more than competitive - look for coupons!
