Tried out your oysters and scallops today! I was very disappointed in the oysters! They were served to me in a bowl stacked on top of each other, they were very dirty! They had not been washed! They were served with both shells still in tact and when one was opened the dirt from the shell fell on top of the rest. My hands were very dirty from having to pick them up and pull the shells off.
