I just got home to eat my meal. I ordered the MEGA burrito steak. I got 6 small pieces of steak and a pound of lettuce and almost no rice. Absolutely terrible. No excuse. They didn’t give us the side of sour cream or guacamole that we paid for. And my girlfriends salad is literally half the size of the last one she got.
I may Never get food from here again I'm so pissed! I pulled up 10 minutes early for my pick up order. I tried to call but no one picked up. Finally a lady came to my car and asked if I was picking up. Explained that they were really behind. I was VERY cool calm and understanding. I told her I wasn't in a huge hurry and I didn't mind waiting. I was TRYING to be understanding and not put more stress on this girl during what obviously was a stressful situation. RecommendedWow! So incredibly thrilled to have had Tijuana Flats cater our wedding. With all going on in the world right now, the numbers of guests went up then down multiple times, and eventually ended up being a small group. But the staff were so amazing and accommodating to us. They made us feel like family, and yes the food was AMAZING! Bravo! Thank you so so much for an amazing wedding dinner!
RecommendedEven during COVID-19 Social distancing, we were able to enjoy our favorite Taco Tuesday location. We did a little Parking Lot Dining and kept our distance. Thanks for great food - Lockwood Tijuana Flats team.
Just spent over $30 for 2 people to eat cold food. So glad I tipped!!! Queso was water! I had to heat everything up at home! Our online order didn't show up on their end (they claim) but certainly showed up in my bank account as charged! Once the food was done they forgot to bring it out and just let it sit. I'm officially done with Tijuana Flats and their declining, poor excuse for food!
