We ordered off of Uber eats and not sure if it was Tijuana Flats or the driver but shame on them for not sealing the food properly for deliveries. We discovered that the chip bag can be easily accessed for a person to sneak a chip and one of our flautas has a bite mark in it during the height of Covid!! I’ll be never ordering from there again, absolutely disgusted. They need to really take in consideration Covid protocols for deliveries as other restaurants around them do.

Normally this place is ok. Not tonight, I called when leaving work, no one picked up after 14 minutes so I hung up. I walked in ordered 4 tacos, and was told it would be 10-15 minutes, it took 1 hour!!! Then the chips were stale, the Tacos were cold, and the amount of chicken in the taco was minuscule. I will go to the Taco truck or Mi Cancun for a much better experience.
Normally we love Tijuana Flats, in particular this location. The service has always been beyond what we could expect. Today however we were very disappointed. After placing an order for curbside pick up and heading to the restaurant at the correct time, my husband called to say he was there only to be told it would be ten minutes. I may Never get food from here again I'm so pissed! I pulled up 10 minutes early for my pick up order. I tried to call but no one picked up. Finally a lady came to my car and asked if I was picking up. Explained that they were really behind. I was VERY cool calm and understanding. I told her I wasn't in a huge hurry and I didn't mind waiting. I was TRYING to be understanding and not put more stress on this girl during what obviously was a stressful situation. Wow! So incredibly thrilled to have had Tijuana Flats cater our wedding. With all going on in the world right now, the numbers of guests went up then down multiple times, and eventually ended up being a small group. But the staff were so amazing and accommodating to us. They made us feel like family, and yes the food was AMAZING! Bravo! Thank you so so much for an amazing wedding dinner!
