We ordered off of Uber eats and not sure if it was Tijuana Flats or the driver but shame on them for not sealing the food properly for deliveries. We discovered that the chip bag can be easily accessed for a person to sneak a chip and one of our flautas has a bite mark in it during the height of Covid!! I’ll be never ordering from there again, absolutely disgusted. They need to really take in consideration Covid protocols for deliveries as other restaurants around them do.

RecommendedI’m not sure the name of the cashier working tonight, but she is their golden ticket. She is the only staff I have seen at this location constantly walk around offering refills, more sauces, etc! Best service!

Normally this place is ok. Not tonight, I called when leaving work, no one picked up after 14 minutes so I hung up. I walked in ordered 4 tacos, and was told it would be 10-15 minutes, it took 1 hour!!! Then the chips were stale, the Tacos were cold, and the amount of chicken in the taco was minuscule. I will go to the Taco truck or Mi Cancun for a much better experience.

Normally we love Tijuana Flats, in particular this location. The service has always been beyond what we could expect. Today however we were very disappointed. After placing an order for curbside pick up and heading to the restaurant at the correct time, my husband called to say he was there only to be told it would be ten minutes. After waiting 20, he called again to be told it would be another 10-15 minutes. After which, he called again and got no answer.
