So I have been using for 10 years. Never had an issue. After there system goes down last month all of a sudden now rates go up and they tell me I have to come up with 3 months worth of payments. And I'm usually very understanding but when u call and the customer service level is awful with 2 different people you start to wonder what scam they have going on.
