I do not normally take the time to write a bad review but this was a $200 mistake. I asked for a Balayage and walked away with bright orange hair. I have never had my hair colored before so I am not versed on what all needs to happen. But my colorist chose not to use a toner. Which I now realize that I needed. Im in the military so I can't have a hair color that is considered not natural. We talked about a color close to my own and we even pulled up a photo of what I would like it to look like. Honestly I've had a really bad experience here. Made an appointment on a Friday, and perhaps that was a bad day, but I made an appointment in advance...I was there for four hours. I think 2.5 of those hours were waiting. And like most people said, my color was in way too long. My haircut took 15 minutes, this lady did not do what I wanted, I was pissed. They sent me an email for feedback and I told them and got a free haircut with Dylan Campbell (who is so AMAZING). I remember getting my hair cut by him in middle school but ... read more
