Tight Seal i would highly recommend!!! I had only one basement window, but i also on other side of basement had one foundation brick that got pushed in and was leaking water when it rained. They were able to remove it and add 2 glass blocks in to replace to add a little more light. BEST PARTS THEY WERE FAST AND PRICE WAS AMAZING
