They were instructed to replace the old windows with glass block and leave the 2 newer slider windows. The sliders provide cross ventilation. This conversation was repeated at least 3 times. They took out my 2012 slider window (goodbye cross ventilation), installed glass block and left the old window. I gave them opportunity to correct their mistake and they refused. I asked for my expensive window back and they also refused.
Replaced a friends good vinyl windows with glass block instead of thier old wood framed ones and they claim its not their fault. Very poor business practice...

THEY HAVE PUT AT LEAST 13 DIFFERENT SIZE WINDOWS IN MY HOMES, SOME WITH VENT SOME WITHOUT NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WILL ALWAYS USE ....
Absolutely the best. I call set up an appointment that was very convenient. I got the price compared doing it myself, amd for just a couple bucks more then the materials would cost me they install them Wow. What a difference it made in my basement. From the time they showed up tore out the old windows and installed the new ones was probably just about an hour. They hauled away The old windows and cleaned up like they were never even there. Terrible customer relations. After being satisfied with work on garage was price gouged on an estimate for "custom" work which was nothing more than following elementary level instructions. Went and got second estimate and came up $100 cheaper per window, I now wish I would've let them do my garage. One star is one too many.
We just got windows installed and they look great!! Fast installation and such a reasonable price!!!! Called and asked for an estimate and they got back to us the next day. I would highly recommend using them!
Would give it 0 stars but that's not an option. I called 3 weeks ago for an estimate and was told someone would be out in a few days. 3 weeks later and still no estimate. Be careful working with this company. Either they don't care or they can't communicate with each other. Disappointing...
