I wanted to surprise my spouse with an hour long deep-tissue massage. I booked a 9am-10am appointment with Shirley. My spouse ended up being about 20 minutes late for the appointment and understandable Shirley explained she would not be able to make up for those 20 minutes. However my spouse texted me at 9:45 thanking me for a much needed massage saying that Shirley had finished. I felt completely taken advantage of!
