They made me more comfortable than I could have thought possible dealing with finances, and never made me feel pressured. Miranda Young is a Super Star Manager at this location!! She is always upbeat and very attentive, a problem solver, someone you can easily talk to about any questions or concerns you have about your accounts! She makes me feel like I am the only member!! We've worked with Carrie setting up accounts and credit cards, and she is always available, efficient and knows exactly what she's doing. We really appreciate the ease of doing business here. We have also worked with Miranda at another branch for refinancing auto loans. Miranda is a saint. I am slightly unorganized and email a lot of questions. She is relentlessly patient and willing to run multiple scenarios to get us the best deals. Very personable, helpful and intelligent people at TCCU. Highly recommend! 10/10
I had a very pleasant experience, everyone was super friendly and it was a nice place. Miranda Young helped me through my loan process and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was an overall positive experience and I will continue working with them in the future.
