I am a first time client. Ava is amazing. She treated me like a queen for an entire day. She took the time to get to know me and make my hair perfect. She even made sure my eyebrows looked as good as my hair. I cannot thank her enough. I can't wait for my next appointment! The entire staff fantastic.
I wasn't great at describing what I wanted, but Ava was patient and asked MANY questions to be sure she would do something I love, could style and maintain myself. Best part....it's PERFECT! My dark red hair and newly tinted brows make me so happy! Thanks!
Ava is a colorist avatar!! She not only listens with great care and intelligence, she then knows exactly what to do. I have never had better color treatment in Seattle and have been to all the expensive downtown salons. And, oh, her prices are very reasonable. The salon is airy and relaxed, and Ava is so much fun to talk to. Bravo, Five Stars, Ava!
