I took the Self Defense Empowerment class last night and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The information and format of the class was designed for the average person who wants to defend themselves but is still struggling to find their voice or know what to look for or how to set boundaries to protect themselves. Great place. This is where my three kids have been practicing Aikido for the past three years. Outstanding expert and assiduous worker.
Teddy, the instructor really knows the ins and outs of what she teaches!!! She is super dedicated and has a passion for the martial arts!!!
