When I moved to Auburn nearly 10 years ago for college, I stumbled upon Tiger Tire when needing some work done on my poor old Honda. They are simply amazing! Now, years later, my fiancé and I still go to them for everything when it comes to maintenance of our vehicles. The owner and staff go above and beyond to resolve any issues or answer any questions and for that I am grateful. I don't know what we would do without Tiger Tire! Local businesses are always the best and Tiger Tire is nothing short of that!
I dealt with you directly and talked to you on the phone. Most companies I have dealt with usually offer some kind of reimbursement or condolences when their products/services don't work within 30-90 days. You upped the ante to us being broke down on the side of the road 5 days afterwards and did not offer ANY kind of support. This is in response to your post about people who have not dealt with you personally or used your services.

I am truly sorry you where Inconvenienced. I wish the circumstances would have been different, however I was not given the opportunity to address the situation before being cussed out and hung up on by a member of you or Sidney's family. I hope you accept my apology for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else. They get you in and out quickly and the employees are very nice.
My daughter took her vehicle here on a Tuesday. She specifically asked them to check her alternator per us. She was told the alternator was fine but that a wire needed replacing for $130. The following Sunday her & her boyfriend were stranded on interstate due to a bad alternator. When we called to discuss the integrity of their work, they chose not to stand behind their work.
