If you can go somewhere please do. They promise one thing and then when they don’t follow through. They change it again and when you ask to solidify the delivery date they get upset, in particular Ignacio. Then they hang up on you. Terrible customer service Ignacio has. He must be part owner or family to where he can’t stay quiet and listen, instead he starts talking over you and then just hangs up.
I ordered a tank for my property the welds were spotty it was leaking the paint was flaking off of the actual tank there was rust that was on the inside of the tank which tainted the water that we put inside the tank I tried calling their head office and kept getting put on hold apparently they don't care about the customers
Called their office to see if my husband showed up to work , they just hanged up on me How rude and unprofessional
