Excelente experiencia Quedé encantada con el facial y con todo el servicio. Desde el primer momento tuvo una excelente comunicación, fue muy amable, profesional y atenta a cada detalle. Mi piel quedó increíble y se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que pone en su trabajo. También me encantaron todas sus sugerencias y recomendaciones, porque se tomó el tiempo de explicarme qué era lo mejor para mi piel. Definitivamente volveré y la recomiendo muchísimo. ¡Excelente trabajo y excelente servicio!

This business moved from Roseville to Bloomington right after I purchased a Groupon for services. Communication has been very difficult and the appointment process is very confusing. I made an appt., took the day off work to be within her schedule (which if very scarce), only to receive notice that my appointment expired. Terrible communication. Never got to experience a facial here. I received a refund from Groupon and will be trying elsewher.

After spending over a month, coordinating an appointment, Sammie cancelled the day of, stating she gave my appointment to someone else. She then went on to say that she had also scheduled an appointment for herself too. She was very rude. When I told her it was almost a 4 hour round trip for me to get there, she basically called me a liar and told me it was only an hour. Very friendly gal and I felt very comfortable at this visit. Very knowledgeable and she was able to share so much knowledge about skin care. I really appreciated how she checked on a particular spot on my face that needed extractions. I look forward to my next visit!!!
