Santa Rosa Family Dentistry provides outstanding customer service and care from the office staff to the providers. I've gone to many dentists in the past, and I would have to rank this office as the "best" I've ever been to. On my last visit, the front office staff, Pam and Jennifer were friendly, courteous, and professional as always. Dr. Lester and Quinlan are exceptional dentists and are always very friendly. My recent "teeth cleaning" experience was as pleasant as "going to the dentist" can be. Friendly ladies at the desk..efficient cleaning by the hygienist and I was out in less than an hour. I continue to be highly satisfied with Dr . Lester et al @ Family Dentistry.

I am in the middle of having a crown made for a cracked tooth. Dr. Quinlan has been urging me to address the problem before it got worse, but I really didn't want to do it! I remember the last crown I had done over 30 years ago! But, this was painless (literally). Everyone was on time, considerate and effective. Dr. Quinlan quickly ground off the cracked top of my tooth, and his assistant carefully modified the temporary so that I hardly know it's there. I have always been impressed with multiple facets of Santa Rosa Family Dentistry's Quality Care. From the beginning of their treatment to beyond the conclusion, the QC is implemented. From trying to work a patient in due to emergency care or simply working with the patient on their schedule, they go out of their way and then email and text to remind you of appointment are a bonus.
