Asked them to run a 50ft long 3/4 gas line for my bbq, and they quoted me ~$5000. Nice try LOL.
We had a non emergency issue with our downstairs toilet and contacted Tiger Plumbing online late on a Sunday night. We received a very early response Monday morning and agreed to an appointment for 8:00 a.m the next day. Ryan was prompt, friendly and very efficient. Our issue was solved within minutes for a fair and reasonable price.
We had Tiger Plumbing come out to fix a pin hole leak in a 3/4 inch pipe. The pipe was fully accessible. We were charged a mind boggling $303.00 for the pin hole fix. They also included a $100.00 same day surcharge, bringing our bill to over $450 with tax for a simple small pipe section replacement. For the service 4 stars, prompt, on time, a bit long time for the shopping missing part - but that's OK. Repair 3/4" water line took 2 h - still, I couldn't do it myself. But the bill catch me off guard! $454! $99 service fee (plumber to arrive in shop/car) and $303 to exchange a connection 3/4". Plus of course tax on the top. I was shocked! Ryan did an amazing job for me over the long weekend - urgent service- removing a completely blocked drain with tree roots. He worked very hard and diligently. I am extremely pleased with his service and professionalism. Ryan is a high value employee. Tiger plumber is lucky to have an employee like Ryan.
