I moved in the apartment March 25,2021 and provided my 60 day notice to an employee on 1/12/22 to vacate on 3/25/22. I paid an $300 in 2021 prior to moving in and was told I will get my deposit back within 60 days of moving out. I reached out via email to the property assistant and manager on 6/9/22,6/30/22,8/1/22 and 8/11/22 via email between these times I came to the property and called plenty of times. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!! One of the worst managed properties I have been associated with. Management is unresponsive to emails or phone calls. Packages go missing. Took 5 months of 6 month lease to fulfill signing bonus. Sent email saying deposit would be returned never happened. Would never recommend these apartments to anyone.

I stayed at the Bradshaw from March 2021 -March 2022. I turned in my Notice to Vacate on 1/12/22 and my last day was 03/25/22. I talked to primarily ***** since March and haven't received my deposit back yet. I have sent multiple emails. called multiple times and even came on site. I am confused it has been 5 months and no update on my deposit back or anything. WORST PLACE EVER to live, Management sucks, property floods, appliances never get repairs, waited 6 months for a new dish washer, HIGH CRIME area, parking lot not safe at all!!!! NOT A GOOD PLACE for a single female to live. STUDENTS DO NOT LIVE HERE - ALL you personal items will be taken / stolen and they do nothing about it.

I rented from Bradshaw Apartments for one year - #3312 I moved out at the beginning of September 2021. While I lived there, repairs were not done ever, my mailbox was NEVER fixed or available, and calls were never returned. Because of these things, I moved out, leaving my apartment BETTER than when I moved in. I gave the Bradshaw Apartments $650 deposit. THIS PLACE BECAME A DISASTER SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT CAME IN! The gate hit my car and totaled it and all they did was file a report I have been waiting for maintenance to come in to my apartment since the hurricane in August and mold is growing Their app makes me miss my payment and I have never been late the entire YEAR before and they won't even think twice on waving the fee they are at fault for They have left trash laying around the apartment since August even though we are supposed to have people to come pick it up per our... read more

I would not suggest anyone to live at The Bradshaw (formerly known as Tiger Manor). There are several issues. I can't name them all but here are a few: - There is a room for packages to be delivered. In this room, there are locked parcel pending lockers. You are supposed to receive an email/text and a code when a package arrives. And residents are required to pay monthly for this service with rent. The issue is that the service has not worked for at least 13 months. If you value your property, your belongings, you bike, do not move to The Bradshaw Apartments. I live here as a student, I pay $997. every month, an expensive cost for a student, but I never had my rights respected. My bike was stolen even though it was locked in the condo bike rack. The office refused to show me the camera. It was only one day to examine the cameras, but they refused. I had to buy a second bike, and, again, the same happened. First of all, it's pretty evident once you price compare the cost of rent here is much higher than the market value of the apartment homes available. When I moved in, I was told that every apartment had a dishwasher and that my apartment was upgraded; I definitely don't have a dishwasher and my kitchen looks like it was last updated in the 90's. The only "update" evident in my unit is the buckled, damaged fake wood flooring. I have asked for these issues to be remedied, to no avail (I'm paying for an upgraded unit after all.... read more
