Very rude and unprofessional. Futile to attempt to do business with this florist.
So.... I was told by the owner of Tiger Lilly that he did his job and those flowers and exactly what I ordered. He then went on to tell me he went above and beyond by upgrading the vase and adding a bow. He then tells me that it isn't fair to him for me to bash him on social media. Above is the post. I am yet to see where I bashed him. Then he continues to inform me how you just cant make some people happy. Did not deliver my flowers charged me for them and then lied about the entire order
Workers was very rude. The lady who was working on flower arrangement was moaning and groaning so much was unreal. The flowers that I picked up was just welted so bad. Flowers was not spread out. When I picked it up instead of having it delivered I did not get the delivery charge back "he added extra flowers (which was only 1flower)" was not asked if I wanted money back or extra flowers he just did as he wanted to. Very rude when I asked about it also.
My grandmother unexpectedly passed Friday night and we were on a tight time frame with services Sunday. I wanted purple but the florist we were familiar with couldn’t meet our needs. I called Tiger Lily and they had a little purple in stock so we just asked him to work with what he had and let me tell you it was breathtaking! Thank you Tiger Lily for making the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen!
Best place in town!!! Slade Carden/owner is very helpful and always does a wonderful job!!!! So creative!!
They have the best decorations around Christmas time, the best trees, beautiful statutes, the store is so beautiful! Every time I've gone in therd it's so gorgeous!!! I liked the game day area, The Elf Tree, Snow man tree, Santa Tree, Blur winter tree, Angel tree and the Angel statutes, the elf statue, The Owl Trees, The Cardinal Tres, Cross Trees, The Fall Tree, The woodland Tree, all their gifts are of great quality and style, their chocolates are yummy!
