Bought a new custom interceptor boat last year. Been in the shop more days than I have personally had it in my possession. Now it's been over a year and I can't get Chris to return my emails or my phone calls. My boat current condition: Won't start sometimes, gas gauge has never worked, depth gauge doesn't work, radio doesn't work, and on and on. I am currently in a lawsuit with Chris and I know one other gentleman that is going through the same thing that I am going through . We both have given him our boats and a lot of money towards a deposit . Chris was going to meet my friend in Lake Havasu to deliver his boat and he never showed up . Chris won't answer his emails or his texts and also has stopped corresponding with me eight months ago . Buyer beware Chris can't be trusted and he's a liar . Chris is great until you have to exchange money with him. His invoices will not match and he or his staff will not take the time to explain why, let alone pay you the amount owed because of his of his mistake. He will just stop communicating because that is professional!!!! I think I have heard every excuse at this point and have finally realized he just needs the money more then I do. DO NOT DO ANY DEALS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
Bought our 2016 Z3 from Tige Watersports. These guys truly care about their customers. Easy to work with and did not oversell us on things we didn't need. Chris (owner) is one of the best people we've ever worked with. He made us feel special and went way above and beyond throughout the process. We now trust Chris and Tige Watersports family and don't have to worry when working with them. Hard to come by these days. Thank you guys.
Great people to do business with. They are very cordial and knowledgeable about their boats. They made sure our boat was perfect upon delivery. Highly recommend to anyone looking to do service on a boat or buy a new boat from them. Overall great experience.
