I regret to say that my experience with this apartment complex has been highly unsatisfactory. Upon moving in on October 2nd, 2023, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom still had hair from the previous tenant, the kitchen cupboards were covered in grime, and the vinyl floor was installed so poorly that theres spaces between boards and it is already peeling. !!!DONT MOVE HERE!!! I currently live here and if I could give this 0 stars I would. Leasing office has been slimey from the jump. The “seasonal pool” hasn’t been opened in about 4 years. The smart locks are not working. They lied about utilities being included even though on multiple websites it stated it was then they want to say it was bc wrong and only the information on their website is deemed correct. So on top of paying $1695 (they dropped it down to $1495 because no one wants to live here) we now pay utilities too! T... read more
This is the worst place anybody could ever want to live, It's not only from the past when I lived here. But my son still has our apartment 3 years come August. No repairs are ever done ever!! The mold is the worse. Tarp has been covering his window for over 6 months now. The trash cans in the dog park overflowing with feces. No one is here on the complex to clean at all. Is the worst management company I have ever rented from. I wish the owners knew how bad they ran this place. I'm completely disgusted.
