This place is absolutely slow. The only fast nurse is Nerissa and Shanna, the rest I assume hate their jobs and move slow. I've been to the Salem clinic and they move fast when they dose so that's why I don't believe how it could take so long when there are 3 people in line to dose and it takes almost 45 minutes. And the counselors doors are always closed so if there's a hold expect to be waiting at least a half hour to an hour to be seen before you are dosed. So there are pros and cons to these facilities no matter where you go you will have the money grab. The multiple ways they charge insurance by making the people do groups, take UA’s and a host of other things, it’s all about the money. This particular facility is nice and clean, most are trying to get straight in life, others use this so they don’t get sick when they can’t find anything.
I love this place and they saved my life. If it was not for them I don’t know where I would be. All the bad reviews on here I was shocked. This place is awesome and they care about you trust me. It’s not all about the money. Thank you everyone at the clinic. I love ya all.
Hella rude and kinda just left me outside ignored and sick 🤒 already and they didn’t seem to honestly care and scheduled me wrong ?! Sooooo yeah not ok at all and yeah everyone was inconsiderate talking ahead of me and cutting me and looking at me mean like
