I love TIG Real Estate. My interaction with everyone at the Austin Branch has been great. I love that they care about their tenants and have engineers to help out at our building when it's needed. Highly recommend them.
This Property Mgmt Company is a joke. We rent from a bldg they manage...beware...they have you sigh cleaning contract...however they don't clean offices. Our floors in Doctor office is so nasty daily. Dead bugs. Live bugs. Black stuff from air vents all over entire office. They mop very sparingly.. maybe every 2 months...can not verify they do this on regular basis. We sweep/mop our floors ourselves...never mind that the doctor pays for this as well. This mgmt company is a joke. Money centered. They do not care about tenants... read more
