Tried to modify my order like I have done at the Rockwall location but the kid on the phone with rude about it.
The assistant manger and ida are so great and sweet. Me and my family go all the time and they always offer us free items.
Ida was so kind and patient with us. She’s the best!
This is my first time coming to Tiff's Treats and Ms. Ida made this an enjoyable experience. She has a cool personality and because of her customer service, she makes me want to come back, along with the cookies .
I've passed by this location so many times and today I decided to stop and im glad I did bcus I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Ida. Such a lovely lady with a beautiful spirit. She was very nice and respectful which made me want to come back again and again, oh and the cookies was WONDERFUL as well
