Love tiff treats cookies, but the customer service at this location is extremely lacking. When I asked the person in the front for a box for my cookies he said they don’t have boxes & when I questioned it and explained I was traveling, he said he just refused to give me a box for my cookies because I didn’t buy enough. I then had to ask for a bag as he rudely handed me my cookies. I definitely won’t be back to location.
I hate to leave this low review because I LOOOOOOoooove me some Tiffs Treats. However, the Town East location is my favorite and the best. I went to the location on Hillctest nd their cookies were on the thick side nd the customer service was not good. Pretty shocking for that area. Just left the Addison location where I’ve been a few times but feeling like I may have to drive way to Mesquite from now on. Hey Just wanted to leave my experience here that the cookies are great and I wanted to have them again after a long time. Ik they close at 10pm and I arrived at the dot 10pm. The door was open and the two employees said were closed. Like ik you guys getting to close up but at least it would been appreciated highly if you would had taken two minutes out of your time and give the cookies out from the racks that was there.
