Tiffin House is such a great place if you are looking for good quality care for a loved one. Uyen is the sweetest nurse and gives quality care to her residents.

The care the employees gives the residents is AMAZING. Justin loves what he does & it shows for sure. BUT the turnover rate for employees is HIGH, that's due to the management. The "old" crew is shady, constantly lying & not telling the truth to Justin when things go down. They don't like him knowing the truth because they won't have jobs. Hopefully one day, Justin you will see the truth & why the good employees are leaving. Your management really isn't what they make themselves out to be. We moved our mother to Tiffin House after a long battle with Alzheimer's. We felt the previous place she was living was not providing her the special attention she needed in her last chapter of life. The time that she spent there was not long, but our family felt we made those right decision to move her there because we felt the staff really cared about her. I can't say enough great things about The Tiffin House! The entire staff went above above and beyond to take care of Andy during his stay there. The excellent care and personalized attention to Andy's needs went beyond our expectations. My mom spent her last days at Tiffin House and the quality of care and attention she received was excellent. The staff was professional, but so caring and compassionate to our whole family, during what was a difficult time for us. Questions were answered thoroughly and everything was approached with a sensitivity and attitude of a loving family. Our only regret is that Mom didn't have a longer period of time with them.

Tiffin House has a loving, caring staff, and the owner is very committed to his residents, staff and families. When you walk into Tiffin House you can see the love that the staff share with the residents and see that it's not just a "facility" but a HOME. The residents are always dressed nice and the homes are always clean and smelling good with the homemade cooking they provide for their residents. I would strongly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking to trust their loved ones with.
