RecommendedThis is an excellent car dealership. They went above and beyond to make sure the car my mom bought was safe and reliable. They were very helpful in completing a few needed repairs on the automobile and made sure everything was checked over and in good working condition. The salesman stayed in contact with my Mom until the work was completed. The salesman, Tim, was very kind, honest, and knowledgeable.
Bought a 2013 Ford Flex from here about 6 weeks ago. The check engine light came on this week. I called them and talked to Justin on the phone and they won’t do absolutely anything at all to help me with it. So now here I am trying to figure out what to do on my own with a car payment and a car I just bought that I now have to fix. Horrible customer service. So sad...
An excellent place to buy a car, and the staff here are very sincere to say the least. They sell solid cars and they do not try to mislead anyone, which is a very rare thing for a used dealership. I can personally confirm that if any unseen issues arise after a purchase that Tiffin Auto Mart will not leave you hanging, and they will make every possible action to rectify the situation and see that you are happy with your purchase! I brought my first car here a 2007 Nissan maxima and I'm very happy with it had a few problems when I first got it but they fixed them all. Wes was a very cool and laid back person and helped me through everything even tho he didn't like my Ohio State debit card lol would definely recommend anybody buying their first car here
