My mom went in at this location for her appointment on time. Her appointment was at 11:00am she was only five minutes early. The owner told my mom to sit on the chair for her service which were highlights. The product was prepared to start her service ,clipped her hair had the barber skirt on ready to apply product. When another client comes in when seemed to be more then a client a friend because she comes and hugs the owner. I ask one of the guy to cut my only on the bottom and they end up cutting on the top. It's not worth it
