Property manager Denise Villagomez is very disrespectful and does not take her job serious. The only thing she seems worried about is who parks there car in the parking lot. I have reported to her several issues from people selling drugs, doing drugs, tenants having suspicious company over for weeks periods of time. I was jumped by 3 ladies who lived next to me and her response was to let them put in a 30 day notice to leave so they don't get evicted. It should be a sign of just how troubling the severe problems continue to happen at this apartment complex for 8+ years. Everything from infestations to maintenance to suspicious activity in apt complex to loud noises from tenants to management that doesn’t want to help. I lived at Tiffany for 6 years, it was my first apartment but as years passed by it went down hill real quick roaches that ALWAYS came back Mice That’s always come back mold and people who sell drugs or do drugs there. It’s suppose to be an environment for family’s but doesn’t really seem like it .. Office doesn’t really do anything never answers the phone and nothing ever is fixed there or if it is it’s like bubble gum and tape. Maintenance guy,office person as well both are grimy. It’s sad to think they are suppose to be helping people with low income but instead trying to make people fall by calling tow companies to tow the vehicle even when it had a sticker then when she/he trys and get another sticker because they got another car they don’t asnwer or respond. got my car towed 3 times the other two times I had a sticker and the last time towing company told me that I still didn’t have a sticker I explained to them they haven’t been answering me o... read more
