I’ll think twice coming here again. I have made an appointment in advance and came 5 minutes early. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for a nail tech to be done. There wasn’t one assigned to my appointment. I feel like if you have a proper booking system and your staff is doing their work according to allocated time for it, overlaps should not happen.
