I’ve been coming to Tiffany’s religiously for years now. Last Friday 6/13 I got my nails done. Like always: dip powder manicure and a pedicure. On Sunday 6/15 (only not even 2 days later) one nail had a huge crack in it. So I went back the following day Monday 6/16 to ask to have it fixed. Sophia fixed the cracked nail with no issue. First time here as I had a gift card to use. Besides feeling welcomed and greeted by the owner at the entrance, my overall experience was disappointing. My pedicure was completely rushed and my nails looked unprofessionally done. Last time coming here.

I recently visited this salon with my daughter for dip nails and pedicures. While the actual nail services were done well, our experience was completely overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of a staff member—possibly the owner. We were unaware that tips were cash only, as we are visiting from England and typically pay gratuities by card. I paid a $20 cash tip for both myself and my daughter, as she didn’t have cash on her. i went on friday to get my acrylics taken off (this used to be my go to place but now i go somewhere else, i came because my usual lady couldn’t fit me in last minute)I requested they not use the drill to take them off, my request was ignored and when i asked if they could soak my nails off in acetone they reluctantly agreed the acetone would’ve worked if the removed the foil one nail at a time and used a nail file but once again i was ignored. he continued to drill into my NATURAL nails until i was wincing in pain to the po... read more

Me and my friend will never come here again. I asked for a plain polish and the owner argued with me about doing a dip polish but they didn’t have my color. They ended up telling me they couldn’t do a plain polish and they up charged me $65 for gel. I didn’t want gel because as a healthcare worker I know people who have gotten nail bed cancer from the UV light. Very uncomfortable experience. Quality was lacking too.
