I am a patient of Dr. Schapiro and Dr. Lee—both of whom are exceptional providers I would wholeheartedly recommend. Unfortunately, the administrative side of Ideal Gynecology—particularly the office manager—paints a very different picture. TLDR: Stay away! Do not trust these people with the most important care we need to receive as women. Check your bills and fight to get your money back from overpaying and request they do NOT send your labs to NxGen (and make sure whoever they send them to is in-network.) Plus the parking is not ideal! When it comes to finding the right gynecologist, you want to be really careful because there are so many awful ones out there. Update after calling: Just wanted to say that I don’t think it is Dr. Li’s fault. Dr. Li was professional and nice during the appointment, and I left thinking that I would be back. She explained everything well and put my mind at ease. She told me she didn’t want to run additional tests since she knows I don’t have insurance, which is very compassionate.
