A terrible store with terrible customer service. Even Kevin the manager could not provide any help. I will never shop here again and I’ll be sure to share with all of my friends and relatives not to shop here either!!!

So disappointed in the customer service (or lack of) at this location. I wanted to purchase a lovely pen at this location. The sales representative could not find the price or SKU....and suggested I buy it on line (?!). Really?! Heading home to AZ next week - maybe the Scottsdale AZ location will be more accommodating.
Their customer service is impeccable!
