Customer service. I returned to Tiffany & Co regarding a bracelet I purchased. The bracelet was a present from my husband for a special birthday . The bracelet had a charm which came off. I asked about repair and lady on the desk took details of my enquiry. Fifteen minutes later the same lady spoke with me and said they could repair it but would take 7 days. I was only in New York another 2 . She then told me there was a charge of $55 . I declined under protest why didn’t she tell me when I first went in instead of me waitin... read more
