I am very displeased with the difficulty I am experiencing in having a pearl bracelet repaired. This item easily broke after very little wear. I was certain that a company as exclusive as Tiffany's would efficiently repair the item free of charge. After speaking with a representative I was instructed to mail my defective bracelet in and it would be repaired. After doing so, I received a bill for repair and return shipping costs exceeding $60. I used to work for the corporate office. I loved the company and its products. I even own TCO stock. Unfortunately due to my recent experience with their service, I'm now not a fan. There was a time when they offered free lifetime battery replacement for all their watches. I bought one. Now I'm being charged to replace the battery of that watch because the policy has changed!
