Amazing, the store was very busy but the staff were polite and very knowledgeable - it was a delight to be in the store and the champagne was an added bonus

I purchased a silver ring and I was treated as if I were buying a diamond ring. It was a wonderful bucket list experience.
Had a pretty woman moment in there. My daughter wanted to buy a ring with her 18th birthday money. I called for assistance 3 times & eventually a young man came over to us. He was no help at all and on asking the price of one ring he looked us up and down and said how much it was. He then said, oh not that I don't think you can afford it! Thankfully my daughter decided to spend her money elsewhere. The friendliest person in there was the man working the lift!

I bought a ladybug charm for my daughter for Christmas 2015. The enamel started to peel off and she took it to the store. They want to charge her $136 to fix it when it’s clearly a defect in workmanship. So much for Tiffany’s standing behind their products and for customer satisfaction. �
