Excellent customer service
Very disappointed. My wife’s pearl ring had an issue, the pearl came off. We consulted with several different jewellers who all said it’s a manufacturing issue. At Tiffany they not only did not own the product issue, but wanted to charge us $200 to fix (to glue the pearl back…). I’d expect Tiffany to stand by its products. Instead they’ve dismissed the claim as “pearl is fragile or our problem”. On top of all that, another jewelry said they would charge us $25 to fix. Compare that $200!!
