I have had a very positive experience going to this store about two years ago. The sales person who assisted me was very friendly. I am a person of colour, and I don’t come out as someone who could spend something in this store but I felt welcome and equally assisted as with the other customers who looked affluent. I visited this location to drop off my favorite bracelet for repairs. Firas was very friendly and super helpful. I was shocked at how he treated me with the outmost respect, and even offered me water or coffee, even though I wasn't making a purchase. Next time I am looking to purchase jewelry, Firas will be the person I buy from.

The weirdest staff interactions I’ve ever encountered at any store. I went to return a purchase and not only was the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful with the return, their employees were hovering around me and staring the entire time (specifically Vincenzo). As a customer who paid thousands for a product, I would expect much better service even if you’re not able to return it. The entire experience felt cold and like I was being racially profiled.
