The staffs were too busy chatting. We had to go up to them before being helped. In the end we found the item we wanted and he said he will get it for us and came back with a box and wanted to wrap up it without showing the jewellery to us first. Luckily we didn’t trust him so we said we wanted to check the jewellery first before he wrapped it further. Without thinking he asked us why we wanted to see the item.
