I’ve been a customer at this location for 5 years and generally have had positive experiences. Today would have not been an exception had I not been rudely told by another client advisor that I could not sit down while waiting for my purchase to be wrapped. Her client NEEDED a picture for Insta or something I guess. Staff should be trained on DC disability laws or at least learn some common courtesy.
