I was in the area for a wedding and have been in need of a cleaning for my ring and necklace. I’m so happy I tried my luck here!The store is beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was seriously top notch. Enoch went above and beyond to not only get my ring cleaned before they closed (I arrived later in the evening), but he even cleaned my necklace as well! Employees are nice and always take their time with you, even if you are just looking. Have bought a few things from them and will buy more. You are definitely paying some extra for the Tiffany name, but that’s how all luxury goods are, and in general the products are high quality and classy.

My mom and I have been a customer of Tiffanys since the early 2000s. We have pretty much every single silver piece and all the charms so we consistently like to go in to get cleanings. Clearly Tiffany is going into a different direction with more diamonds and gold and that's fine, but the way they treat us now, ESPECIALLY at the UTC location is unacceptable. By far, the most Incredible shopping experience ever. The personal and professional attention I received was beyond my expectations.
