Absolutely horrendous living experience. The plumbing is an utter catastrophe, incessantly failing at every turn. The insulation is practically non-existent; you can hear every footstep through the ceiling, adding to the constant irritation. The entire place reeks of neglect and literal odors, with a persistent stench emanating from the AC units. The elevators are painfully slow, adding unnecessary delays to your day. Been here for years and the experience has been consistently pleasant. :)
Worst place. Plumbing problems everywhere. Disgusting. water leak from through the parking lot in the Garage ceiling, building will collapse one day. Do not rent from them. Disgusting pland and disgusting management company. They also stole my deposit money. I moved out and it's been two years now and I was not able to get my deposit back
