Thank you Jim!! We had the hardest time getting into our router when our IT guy didnt show up to get our network ready for the phones, Jim went in and quickly got everything we needed done. After testing we, cutover two days later and it was seamless! He said that the phones would just start ringing in and they did! It was a year long process for me to switch over to a new phone system. Jim was very patient and understanding and helped me through the transition. Jim walked me through all the changes, additions and upgrades that I would be receiving and through it all my monthly phone bill went down. I was impressed with all the customer service he provided. I've been using the concierge package and very effective. This system it's well drawn out, simple and fast. My company's new hosted phone system is running with no problems. The new features of the CISCO 504G are amazing for helping better serve my costumes.

For me the two most important things are reliability and great customer service. TieTechnology delivers both on a consistent basis. I would definitely recommend them for hosted phone services.
