I really wish I read all of the bad reviews before taking my items to them… they clearly have no business handling vintage or special items. I brought in vintage items that were dry clean only, and some that had staining we were hoping they could get out. But I have gotten them back falling apart, with damage, and stains that weren’t there before. I even asked them about certain stains in person when picking up the items and they shrugged them off...
