I’m not somebody who writes bad reviews. In fact this is my first ever bad review today. I have been left absolutely disappointed an important haircut before a birthday and before reuniting with family has been done absolutely incorrectly. What was asked was a simple, low taper, not taking anything off the top not going high up and what was given was a lineup all around and trimming the the sideburns and a tiny bit off of the back, but there was not an attempt to create a fade. For traditional hair cuts this place is good. Usually get in and out in 30 minutes or less. Decent price for today's economy.

I've been here a handful of times since I moved to the area. They normally do a decent job. Last time I went they did cut the back a bit short. So this time I was clear and concise about how I wanted it. Didn't listen or didn't understand anything I said. Yes I was upset but kept my cool. I just wanted to understand where the communication went wrong. I repeated back what I had asked for in the beginning and calmly asked why he didn't listen to me. His only response was "yeah". I will definitely never be back.
