I came to dump a 72” flat screen and they have an E-waste recycling area. This facility is massive, just follow the TVI signs on the street. Do NOT follow google maps which takes you to Skyfall which is a blocked street. Follow the dump trucks in. No one is on site to direct you but just head toward the exit and you will see the green recycle crates full of TV’s on the right before the exit booth. Be prepared to handle the TV yourself. It’s an honor system that you will rack your own TV. But it’s free!!
I would say worst customer service experience. I’ve been here before and it has gone downhill. I would suggest being less rude and combative on phone calls. The people who answer the phone are the face of the company. You should fire these people. They didn’t answer my questions. Didn’t even listen to what I was wanting. Avoid this company at all costs. I would give 0 stars. They don’t deserve even 1. 👎
