Dr. Berk and team have been taking care of our dogs for 5 years. They have always been responsive, supportive, compassionate and professional.
Dr Burk and Dr Shatila are phenomenal. I had to put our 14.5 yrs old German Shepherd down July 21,2025. The compassion from them is second to none. I love these guys. They care, care, care. What more can you ask for.
Mixed review. Felt this was a great clinic but it's gone downhill. I don't feel I have been a valued patient/customer here. Records are disorganized and unreadable, staff messages slip through the cracks, and medical plans are not aggressive enough to treat dogs in a serious state. My dogs needed specialty referrals and as a dog owner I needed way more guidance than I was offered. I felt a lot of visits had little resolution to my dogs health concerns.
I’ve been a client here for many years now (>10 years) with several fur babies. I don’t live “conveniently” close anymore, but we make the drive to ensure our dogs see this special team for their medical needs. Dr. Burke and his team patient and genuinely caring at each interaction. The clinic is reasonably priced and always provides a candid assessment (clearly laying out what is required vs. highly recommended vs. generally suggested).
