Dr. Berk and team have been taking care of our dogs for 5 years. They have always been responsive, supportive, compassionate and professional.
Dr Burk and Dr Shatila are phenomenal. I had to put our 14.5 yrs old German Shepherd down July 21,2025. The compassion from them is second to none. I love these guys. They care, care, care. What more can you ask for.
Mixed review. Felt this was a great clinic but it's gone downhill. I don't feel I have been a valued patient/customer here. Records are disorganized and unreadable, staff messages slip through the cracks, and medical plans are not aggressive enough to treat dogs in a serious state. My dogs needed specialty referrals and as a dog owner I needed way more guidance than I was offered. I felt a lot of visits had little resolution to my dogs health concerns.
I’ve been a client here for many years now (>10 years) with several fur babies. I don’t live “conveniently” close anymore, but we make the drive to ensure our dogs see this special team for their medical needs. We’ve been bringing our dogs to this vet for almost four years. Both were neutered here and regularly visit two to three times a year for vaccines and tests. Until now, we hadn’t had any major issues. Today, we had an appointment specifically for the rabies and parvo vaccines. After we got home, our dog vomited five times in a row. We called the clinic, and they had us come back in, where he was given two more injections to address the issue.
