This place used to be good, until a new management took over about two months ago. Now, the service for residents is terrible. The impound lot comes and tows your car even if it's parked on your property. The towman tells you it costs $150 just to get your car out of the lot, and if you don't pay, they'll tow it, and then you have to pay around $350 for the car. they complains about everything would get your car tow even if you park in your OWN drive way and they are not professional they change your RENT amount every month the girls in the office are not professional and bad trailers to live at
I don’t recommend this place they are always changing your monthly payment. They dont be explaining why.. also they do not care and let the guys tows your car, even if it registered, you cant even make party or little family gatherings cause she gets mad, she get mad for the little things, if you dont take out the trash and take it out an 1 hr late 50 fee, charger’s way to much to live there. I DONT RECOMMEND IT! Im telling yall by experience, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAS MOVE OUT FOR ALOT OF REASON.
La reca se lleva los carros aunque esté registrados aunque están registrados muy mal las personas de la oficina no renten aquí.
