My driveway was missed and not plowed. Tried waving the guy down. Made eye contact but he just ignores me and kept on plowing other people driveways

This company goes above and beyond when clearing snow for my town home. The paths to the door are fully cleared, not just a small walkway. The driveways always have room for two cars to fit. And more importantly, the individuals are courteous and friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend them.

I used Tier One for a full landscape redo when I moved to my house. It was a big job with plenty of excavating, boulder walls, a waterfall, irrigation, lots of new plants, and a paver patio. They provided a good initial plan and we were able to make positive changes to the plan after a few unforeseen issues came up during construction.

My home owners association uses their services. I have lived in my home 25 years and can attest to how terrible this company is. Hire Tier One Landscaping if you want your grass destroyed by their lawn mowers. Another great use of their service is to ensure your driveway is not plowed out properly by their snow removal services. Some people may enjoy listening to their snow removal equipment running in the wee hours of the morning when the snow stopped falling 12 hours earlier.

My management company is first service residential. I live in the Evermoor condominiums. It took this company 9 hours to plow the neighborhood area. I could have bought a regular sized snowblower from ace hardware and got the job done in half the time. You bring a small bob cat around. This job should not take 9 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.
